How do I make a purchase?
Browse the site and add any electrical appliances that interest you to your 'shopping basket'. Add your name and address to the checkout page and send the enquiry to us. We'll check your enquiry and call you back to confirm any details regarding the order and to arrange payment.
Is the web-site secure and private?
We don't currently take your credit card details over the internet so there is no issue of internet security. We fully respect your privacy and will never give your enquiry details to any other company.

What are your delivery charges?
See our delivery information page at this link. Our deliveries are either by ourselves (locally to our shops), by courier companies or direct from the manufacturer. Delivery charges depend on the size/weight of the product and your location in the UK. Plesae note we only deliver to the UK.
Can you connect appliances?
You can pre-arrange with us to connect some appliances where there has already been an existing appliance. Some appliances must be installed by an authorised fitter.
